Shipping Information
Once an order is packed, and marked scan code, Richous logistics partners arrange to pick it up and send out for delivery to the customer. Order is shipped.
If you have ordered for a domestic product, it will be shipped within 48 hours and will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch.
Yes of course but Richous only ship to Australia country. it may take up to 5-7 working days to ship the product and will be delivered within next 7-8 working days.
Yes you can also return the product within 7 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, user manual, and warranty cards. Your full money will be refunded once the item is delivered to our return center by the carrier.

Orders & Returns
1. Select a catalog that you want to order. 2. Within catalog, select the specific product. 3. Now, in pop-up, select a Size and Quantity and press 'Done' 4. On product details page, click on 'ADD TO CART' or 'Buy Now'
You can register for a new account or log in to an existing one on the Richous app or website. Once you're logged in, you can browse through our catalog and select products that you want to purchase at wholesale rates.

If the buyer placed an order and cancels it before the seller could mark it scan code or Ready to Deliver, and in case where the full amount has already been paid buy the buyer, the full amount is refunded to the buyer.
