Overview:

• Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using this Site or opening a Richous account (“Account”) so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to Richous and its affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, “Richous”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The “Services” we provide or make available include (a) the Site, (b) the services provided by the Site.     

• The Application and the website at https://richous.co.in (“Website” “E-commerce Platform”) are operated by Handa Enterprises.

• Company does not permit Users to avail the Services on the Platform without prior registration. Users may access the Application by registering to create an account and become a member. The membership is limited for the purpose of buying or selling products, is subject to this Agreement and strictly not transferable.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate the Users account and / or deny access to the Platform if it is brought to the Company’s notice or if it is discovered that the User does not meet the conditions herein. User(s) accessing or using the Platform represent and warrant that they have the right to access or use the Platform.
• The Users are required to enter a valid phone number and email id while registering on the Platform. By such registration, the User consents to be contacted by Company via phone calls, emails, SMS notifications, instant messages or other such means of communication inter alia for subscription/services/promotional updates etc. Users may of such subscription/service/promotional updates either through the ‘opt out’ means provided or by writing to the support team.
• The Services include an online platform service that provides a place and opportunity for the sale of goods between the buyer (“Buyer”) and the seller (“Seller”) (collectively “you”, “Users” or “Parties”). The actual contract for sale is directly between Buyer and Seller and Richous is not a party to that or any other contract between Buyer and Seller and accepts no obligations in connection with any such contract. Parties to such transaction will be entirely responsible for the sales contract between them, the listing of goods, warranty of purchase and the like. Richous is not involved in the transaction between Users. Richous may or may not pre-screen Users or the Content or information provided by Users. Richous reserves the right to remove any Content or information posted by you on the Site.
• As per our policy, if a seller requests for a closure of the account, the account will be put on hold for a period of 45 days to ensure smooth closure of transactions that have been made prior to his closure request and this will be available to the said seller for downloading payment and taxation report if required. After 45 days, the seller would be required to reach out to us confirming that he has downloaded the reports and requesting for a deactivation again. Upon receiving this confirmation, the seller’s account will be deactivated provided there are no outstanding payments due from the seller. If a seller decides to commence his business with Richous again, the seller will not be able to create a new account but the older account can be restored if it is required.
• Your privacy is very important to us at Richous. To better protect your rights we have provided the Richous.co.in Privacy Policy to explain our privacy practices in detail. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how Richous collects and uses the information associated with your Account and/or your use of the Services (the “User Information”). By using the Services or providing information on the Site.
• We shall not your profile display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information or image which belongs to another person and over which you have no right.
